Challenge

AlphaGen Learning, Singapore's first holistic tech education for children, faced the challenge of establishing a strong online presence and effectively communicating its unique approach to tech education. As a growing brand in the EdTech industry, AlphaGen Learning sought to enhance its visual branding, create a dynamic and user-friendly website, and implement targeted communication strategies to attract and engage parents and students.


What we did

Adtomica collaborated closely with AlphaGen Learning to develop a comprehensive suite of branding and marketing solutions. Our team facilitated a 2-week UX workshop to map out the user journey, create prototypes for user testing, and conduct interviews with parents to validate findings. We proposed a new sitemap for the website, emphasizing clarity and ease of navigation. In the website design process, Adtomica conducted a competition analysis and implemented a strategic design approach, including low-fidelity wireframing, user interface design, user testing, and design optimization. We ensured the final handover for development was seamless. Adtomica developed Alphagen's website on WordPress in less than a month, ensuring a seamless transition to the new tech framework and enabling easy updates by non-tech personnel. Adtomica also created a robust content hub, enabling AlphaGen Learning to communicate its purpose and unique selling proposition (USP) through expert-led blog strategies. This approach established the brand as a thought leader and pioneer in the EdTech industry. Additionally, Adtomica developed a comprehensive lead generation model, mapping out the user journey for new leads generated from the website. This model included targeted WhatsApp conversations and email campaigns to encourage booking demo classes and course enrollments. Our ecosystem connected seamlessly with AlphaGen Learning's CRM platform, Leadsquared. In the realm of email marketing, Adtomica developed mobile-friendly eDMs to engage potential audiences and drive them to take demos and enroll in AlphaGen's services. These e-DMs were efficiently deployed on Leadsquared for maximum impact.


Results

The brand's new website design improved user experience and navigation, leading to higher conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
